Stance on hip width, ball position in the center of both feet, weight 60% on the left foot

Step 2

Step 2

Keep left elbow straight and bend the wrists 90° in the backswing. Keep the weight 60% on the left foot

Step 3

Step 3

Start the downswing together out of your hips and upper body. Keep your wrists straight in the follow through and end with the weight totally on the left foot
